Your application needs a Dockerfile and a compose file in its repository. If it does not have one yet, we will containerise it as a one-time project. For security we do not hand out root on a managed server - your developers get their own audited account with the rights their work actually needs.

No. We work on monthly retainers with a 30-day notice period. We believe in earning your business every month through results, not locking you in with long contracts.

Are domain, hosting, and email really included?
Yes - for the first year. Every website package bundles your domain, premium hosting, and business email at no extra cost. After year one, a Hosting & Domain Care plan keeps everything running - DNS, SSL, backups, and maintenance - from ₹5,999 a year.
Can you host an application my own developers built?
Yes - that is what Managed App Hosting is for. If the application has a Dockerfile and a compose file in its repository, we point a stack at the repo and your developers deploy by pushing to Git. Node.js, Next.js, Laravel, Python, and Go all run fine, with PostgreSQL or MySQL alongside. If it is not containerised yet, we can do that as a one-time project.
Do you give root access to the server?
Not on a managed plan - if we are answerable for uptime and security, we hold root. Your developers get their own audited account instead: deploy from Git, live build logs, one-click rollback, environment variables they control, and the rights to read logs, check status, and restart their own application. In practice that covers what root was wanted for. If you genuinely need root on the box, buy the server yourself and we will manage what you ask us to.
How does billing work?
Invoices are raised at the start of each month and due within 15 days. We accept bank transfers (NEFT/RTGS/UPI). GST invoices provided. All prices on this page are exclusive of GST (18%).
Do you serve clients outside India?
Yes. While we're based in Tenkasi, Tamil Nadu, we serve clients across 7 countries. Our international rates are typically 3× or more the India prices. Contact us for a tailored quote.
What if my needs span multiple service lines?
Most of our clients use more than one service line. For example, a GDM client with a website might also need GDI for server management. We create a single retainer that covers everything - one invoice, one relationship.
