We're a small, capable team in Tenkasi, Tamil Nadu. We run the technology mid-sized Indian organisations depend on - email, hosting, infrastructure, and the internal software they run on - on a monthly contract. We're looking for people who want to do that well.
We're not a large agency with rotating staff and account managers. Every person here works directly on client systems. You'll build things that are actually used - often for years - and you'll own what you build. We work in short monthly cycles, which means your work has visible impact quickly.
We actively visit engineering colleges and technical institutions across Tamil Nadu to meet fresh talent. If you're a recent graduate or final-year student, we're interested in capability and attitude - not just your marks.
Our customers use the software products we build, with web, Android and iPhone apps, and the services we run for them: hosting, email, websites and managed IT. You will be the first person they talk to: answer their questions, set up new customers and train their staff, run product demos, and look after a few client accounts as their single point of contact, getting the right engineer on each request and keeping the client informed until it is done. Clear English, Tamil with customers, and patience. We train you for four weeks, then a paid six-month internship leads to a contract.
You are the last check before our work reaches a customer. You will test every release of our products and the web applications and websites we build for clients the way a real user would, on computers and on Android and iPhone, and write bug reports clear enough to fix the same day. No programming needed to start, just an eye for what is slightly wrong. Four weeks of training, then a paid six-month internship leads to a contract.
You will build and maintain the systems our clients run on - healthcare, logistics, trade bodies, churches - and the products we sell under our own name. Laravel on the back end, Next.js and React on the front, Postgres or MySQL underneath, Docker to ship it. You take a brief and get it to production without someone checking every step.
Half of what we do is run the hosting, email and networks our clients depend on, month after month. You will look after Linux servers and Docker hosts, DNS and email (Microsoft 365, Exchange, mail gateways), office networks (Omada, WireGuard, firewalls), Cloudflare, backups and monitoring. When something breaks at nine in the morning, you are the person who already knows why.
We build and look after websites for schools, churches, builders, studios and trading firms. You will take a designer's work and turn it into a fast, finished site on WordPress or Next.js, launch it, and keep it maintained, with the on-page SEO done properly. Bring a portfolio of sites you built yourself.
We build our own products - today Shamar for facilities teams, Engage for email campaigns, Dyo for printing presses, Nalam for clinics and Datum for studios, with more on the way. They need someone to sell them. You will find the businesses, call and visit them, run the demo, close the deal, and tell us what buyers said. Tamil and English, comfortable on the road. Target and commission, reporting to the Manager, Products.
One person, two organisations: three days a week for Consign.Tech and our Academy, two days for SEEDS Palliative Care. SEO landing pages, Google Business profiles, social media, newsletters, and short-form video you shoot and edit yourself on a phone - product shorts for us, volunteer and caregiver stories for SEEDS.
